1.CNC Machining
Advanced multi-axis CNC machines can quickly and accurately produce an unlimited number of finished parts from virtually any commercially available raw material.

2.Sheet Metal Fabrication
Sheet metal fabrication is a widely used metalworking technique that involves applying a step force to plastically deform thin metal sheets, exceeding their yield strength. We provide customized precision parts processing services and technical support, integrating a variety of processes including metal stamping, metal casting, sheet metal forming, surface treatment, and metal heat treatment, making us a true one-stop supplier of robotic parts.
3.Vacuum casting
Vacuum casting is an extremely adaptable manufacturing process capable of mimicking the injection moulding to produce complex parts in polyurethane resins and cast nylon. Due to the process being under vacuum, it produces high-quality bubble-free casting with smooth surface texture similar to painting effect. It is one of the most cost-effective ways to produce high-quality, low-volume plastic parts that are particularly suitable for automotive prototypes and can be tested for form, fit and function during the structure confirm.
4.Rapid Tooling
Rapid Tooling is a fast and cost-efficient way to carry out low-volume injection molding for a variety of types of plastic parts. Once the aluminum or steel mold has been created with the rapid tooling process, it can be utilized as part of a molding process to create multiple copies of a part.
Our custom rapid tooling service is a cost-effective, low-volume alternative in situations where large volumes of the part won’t be needed in the future.
